PEP is a company that puts family first. Wonderful company to work for but limited growth.

Relationship building is key in my position, as I work with numerous business managers on the financial services side. This includes: - Bill Payments - Money Transfers (Cross Border & Local) - Personal Loans - Banking (PEPplus savings accounts) - Insurance (handset insurance & funeral cover) - DStv & OVHD I believe in making things easier for the next person, so do what you need to do plus a little more. I get things done on an execution level and can implement precisely when called upon. I enjoy working under pressure and building relationships with various parties.

Pros: The company looks after their employees and the culture is phenomenal.
Cons: Not much room for growth.
