I influence a positive attitude and coach employees to achieve targets by engaging frequently and provide assistance in breaking down the numbers into realistic and achievable goals. I am the gatekeeper of processes and compliance and ensures daily deliverables are done the right way as per company stipulations. I have learnt to view things differently and to adapt to circumstances with the goals in mind but achieved differently I love engaging with people and my personality blends with all different personalities well,sharing information and developing customers to grow is my passion. I plan my month and there are challenges that come up during the month that makes some plans to be postponed or revised and it causes my planning to be ineffective sometimes and when those come around I am able to think quick on my feet and diffuse unsavory results.

Great Union experience
I’ve been in many industries including retail, chemical, professional, energy, Food, manufacturing and FMCG in HR Management positions where my success has been in improving relations between and among stakeholders, customers service and improvements on health and safety of employees, leave management and employee productivity and performance. This will be an ideal opportunity for me to gain more experience in hospitality and also add value with experience that I’ve had acquired over the 15 years in HR Management and HR Busibess Partner roles. I also need to move to around Bekspruit for family reasons. I therefore am highly negotiable even in salary for this purpose. I am contactable on 072 399 1967. I’m also available immediately.

Service with excellence
The notion that after the sale ends, customer service is what stays in the customers mind, is especially true. My day to day activities center around consumer satisfaction. Snacking is an impulse purchase, thus ensuring that your product is always available is key. Through strategic placement in store and execution with purpose we are able to achieve this goal, of making a snack available to every South African. In the end to reach our common goals, team work is important,cross function interaction is key. I have learnt the importance of communication at various levels,the importance of building relationships, the importance of trust and consumer purchasing behavior. I enjoy making the sale and ensuring consumer satisfaction. The most challenging aspects of the job is being responsible for something I am unable to influence or control. eg: I dont manage the depot, however responsible for the delivery as I represent the company.

Fast paced company, great business practices and lots of exposure to a variety of department
I enjoy working with clients being able to resolve their issues. Though it's fast paced I have learned to be able to multi task with the aid of prioritising and meeting deadlines. I have also enjoyed sharing my knowledge of both sales and administrative work with my fellow colleagues. Numbers are the order of the day and ensuring that I play my part into making sure that reps are able to meet their daily and monthly targets. I have worked well with my fellow colleagues though we may come from different backgrounds and cultures we all part of one culture in the company and that one should not view being a manager as just giving instructions but rather as platform to lead your team to excellence with leading by example and giving them the necessary support for us to deliver on company expectations

On the 1st of June 2015 I got promoted as Instrument technician at Nestle S.A. On the 1st of December 2016 joined Simba Pepsico as Senior Electrician. I was again promoted as Maintenance Coordinator at Pepsico Simba on the 01 March 2018.o2016

Hard working person
I enjoyed working with my team from pepsico, where we used to share our experience amongst each other. I am a hard working person where I have a good relationship with my team.i am fast learner and fast to adapt and I enjoy working in a group and also helping the company to grow.8 love accounting with all of my heart.i like challenges since i still have to have to learn more.

Good learning curve
-During a typical work week, one of my biggest tasks is checking in on my k I had an excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We worked as a team to solve problems and learned new skills to reach our team objectives. -staff and assessing progress on various projects. I like to meet first thing on Mondays to discuss our priorities for the week, then meet again in the middle of the week to check progress, and once at the end of the week to discuss goal setting for the next wee
