An amazing experience. eye opener to service!

I started at pepper club when they were three years old. Unfortunately the books were in a state of desperate rescuing. It took hard work with internal and external staff to pull it off. We did it! This years audit will be an even better review. team work and striving every day to stick to procedures and excellent service no matter who it is you are serving makes the difference in how good any company runs. In the hotel industry service = cash flow. Happy customers....happy bank balance. I love working in the hotel industry.

Pros: I love the service industry.
Cons: public transport home takes two hours
