I learn how to talk to people and respect them know how to work as a teem always.

We work at open space and work as a teem if my colleague not at work i do all work, working under pressure and make sure that we meet deadline always helping each other always and we always positive about any situation and not complain because we want to achieve our goals and to learn more work even if our manager are so difficult we always work together and make sure we learn all work without complaining, always ready to learn and we always enjoy working as a teem the most challenging it's when we request the statements and invoices from the supplier because some of the supplier don't want to send the statements and invoices in time and when they send they aspects the payment immediately and we must load the invoices and we only allowed to make payments 25 every month and month end.

Pros: no opportunities.
Cons: 8 hours

Excellent communication

I'm an open person, easy to adapt to nature of the company. Have a gud time management also interpersonal skills I'm computer literate Hard worker I have conceptual mind I don't like to be undermined Don't like to be treated unequal to other workers

Cons: Work reasonable hour, aslo willing to work overtimes

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy every moment at work...I love working with people and helping them on a daily basis....i love my team and how my boss motivates me daily....reaching our given target and exceeding it is what I love ....it is sometimes difficult to deal with difficult customers and complaints but what I have learned is that a complaint Is a gift....and as long as our customers are happy I'm happy...

Pros: Greener pastures for a good promotion
Cons: Working on weekends

Great opportunities and growth

Very exciting working at Pepkor Trading.Each and everyday has its own challenges but when your mind,body and soul are more focused on what you are doing,everything just falls in its place.Sikhula kunye culture that helps to strengthen the team spirit and be one big happy family.Morning talks we have before we start our day at work,it really does set the task for the day.I joined this company in 2013 August and life has been so exciting ever since.Thank you to all my dynamos who makes it easier for me to do my job well.Thanks to my leaders for being there always.

Cons: Long working hours but it pays off
