Stress has become unbearable

My work month is to reconcile 300+ accounts for 300+ stores. With a target of 90% reconciliation, it has become very stressful and not to mention the queries that comes with it. My relationship with my co-workers has become non-existent as we do not have time to chat. In this position i have become very high stress tolerant. I have become outspoken. I have also learnt respect, responsibility and accountability for what i do everyday. My job is challenging and a lot to say the least but i have done it for 9+ years.

Very challenging

update all recons monthly, ensure monthly utility payments, check meter readings to correspond with statements, calculate and pay annual rates & taxes, make provisions for non payments, calculate and pay monthly/ annual turnover, month end procedures & adhoc tasks

Excellence

We We are driven and one of our values is Excellence. So everyday our goal is to do better than the previous day. I worked with big volumes and every day had it's challenges. Keeping up with technology and change was a normal day to day thing. We were like family, so going to work was like going to your other home. driven and one of our values is Excellence.
