I enjoy working as a team, which facilitate the working periods and make job more easier, we push the production fast and a good warehouse keeping.The facing challenges about work happens when there is less employers at work and which become more difficult to keep the pace.What I have learned about this job is being working as a team is very help full and is a good thing which can make work very easier.

Good communication skills

I am a hard worker I like new challenges and also able to work under pressure. I am always willing to learn new experiences and I dedicate all my efforts to my given priorities. I like working independently and individually but I'm also a good team worker.

As from stock controller, I enjoyed to do my investigation and maintaining stock to the system.

It's a great thing to work at pepkor, they take every one so important. I have learnt a lot with pep, how the cost of stock is lost. The important of stock control. How to communicate with staff in a good way. The most challenging I got, it's when the stock are not found on the right location and it's wanted for emergency. I enjoyed working according to the target of the day

Practical side is now accomodating the theoratical side of the logistics

The company supply stock to different suppliers. Capturing of invoice on spread sheet. Communicating with suppliers. Teamwork spirit. Process of uplifting stock back to the supplier. Organising weekly schedule of the spread sheet. Challenges are dealing directly with the suppliers. Problem solving.Handling loads that are delivered to the distribution centre without any paper work. To be punctual and responsible.

Working harder

Am a hardworker self motivated lady. I adapt easily. I like to interact with people. I can work shifts .I am energetic. I respect people around me. Am a fast learner

Pros: We are working 8 hours per day
Cons: Sometimes we do overtime 6to 6.we also work night shift

Good learning curve

CompNo space for growth or career opportunities. Everything is self taught and management does not involve and engage its employees.Theres no employee recognition and rewards. Even long time service awards are not done.

Relationship with co-workers

Hello I'm a typical work day I'm in relationship with co-workers I'm ready to work your company as early as i can got the opportunity to do so...I will came work with my transport i don't depends on staff transport and I'm energetic
