Being at work you have to be fully committed

Working at Pep Home is about drive, its about pushing your abilities to the max, because we as cashier need to see to many things, we also need to tear ourselves between working on the floor and being a cashier. We need to work both on the floor and in front. When we on the floor we need to try and help as many customers as we can, and then still help fill the shelves and do the front ends. It can get quite busy in a shop that sells homeware but working with customer, its the best. Being able to help someone that struggles, is honestly the best because some of them just wears their gratitude on there sleeves. Its satifying to give customers the services they want.

Pros: meeting and working with different people.
Cons: long hours, and customers that comes into the store with the intention of breaking someones spirit

Excellent cashier experience,

I have worked as a cashier for about 4 to 5 years,I've learnt a lot in the retail industry and would like to grow in the business field. Am a hard-working smart and intelligent lady who is willing to take any change and experience in the world of admin, secretary, banking and customer service

Pros: I have learned to manage time,work with people, able to work under pressure, deal with unsatisfied customers, good behavior and personality
Cons: Working on holidays,weekends and extra hours like on the festives from 8:00 to 19:00

Fast learner

some no the days you work under pressure in order to finish the work, dealing with different customers which are grumpy or angry ,encouragement and advice through co workers,packing ,counting ,helping customers and marking down the stock is what are enjoy the most

Excellent learning curve.

Pep have thought me a lot in these years. This include how to manage personnel, sales, marketing, administration, training new managers and managing my expenses.

I have learned how to manage people and being a leader with the training which was provided

Courses for personal growth

Love to work under pressure, always involve in team work,sharing ideas to reach a goal for the day,long working hours to push budget,working alone to reach given budget is one of the challenging aspect

It is a good platform to know more about retail

It is 8 working hours , what I enjoy the most is merchandising and putting a smile on the customers when giving them all the help needed. The most challenging thing about the job is trying to explain the procedures of buying a phone to a customer and does not agree with it. We are only 8 employees and we get along very well there is mutual respect
