Excellent learning

It is a great place to work. Family oriented and excellent company culture. Have a lot of females, practice all religions. Working hours are great. No over time. Not working on weekends. Flexible schedules. Tea and coffee. Celebrate peoples birthdays and anniversary with flowers. ¹

What am I doing

A day starts at 8am with a meet and greet and sometimes a prayer. My team and I have a good relationship and work well in getting tasks completed. From starting with the company I have grown from facilitator to assessor/moderator and then become regional operations manager. I enjoy the adrenaline in getting projects to the end and making sure taht things run smoothly from start to completion. I believe the team I have is great as they work towards the same goals and our aim is always to make sure that the learners achieve the qualifications. Challenges that can sometimes affect the working relationship is when team members don't see eye to eye, but I make sure that this is handled professionally so that there is no negativity around.
