Stay Away!

The worst run workshop in the world - understaffed and unqualified. No spares are kept which means double handling each car and massive delays. Company policies and procedures are against normal automotive practices. No space to park customers cars.

Pros: None
Cons: Long hours, no overtime pay, bonus targets are unrealistic, work holidays without pay, no support from management

Excellent learning opportunity

Its a great company to work at eapecially because i have not worked in the parts departmebt tet. I have oearned alot not only in parts but other aspects as eell. I love learning therefore this opportunity was perfect for me as it challenged me to learn and do things i have not done yet. I worked with great people and everyday was an awesome day. Filled with loves and jokes butalso hard work and and alot of helping hands.hd

Great growth as a person

The company help me grow from a salesman to a great salesman and manager. This experience taught me to think on my feet and make big decisions on a daily basis that might implicate thousands of Rands. My colleagues have come to repect me, and I them. Building with a team and working on targets with them is very satisfactory.

Pros: Good opportunity to make money
Cons: 6 days a week 7am-6pm, loose 15-16 holidays per year because they dont payout. Work on every other Sunday. Work on public holidays. Rules constantly change.
