I am hard working and loyal. My biggest assets are that I am self motivated and love to learn. Contractors need permits to work and I will write out permits to work save while assessing the area and safety requirements. Teamwork is crucial to repair and problem solve break downs and critical processes that is forming bottle necks and slowing efficiencies down. Meetings are held throughout the day to discuss and evaluate situations or happenings during previous shifts. Making out schedules on SAP to book out spares or/and get quotes from contractors to manufacture spare parts are a daily routine. Discussing shift cover and availability is of crucial importance to give employees enough time to avail themselves. I enjoy working with people and have a very good relationship with co-workers. I am studying to further my career.

Pros: I am studying part time to grow myself.
Cons: The availability of people. The company is not recruiting as people leave which causes a great challenge to keep quality at a high level.

I am a team player and enjoy growing people. I have learned that your greatest asset is the synergy in the workplace and a culture that is transparent. The most challenging aspect of my work is to understand and live a sharing and open work life.

Pros: I am studying part time and growing myself.
Cons: The availability of people. The company is not recruiting as people leave which causes a great challenge to keep quality at a high level.

Review solution

I work 7am to 7pm. I do a lot of trouble shooting. There are lots of issues internally and externally with customers. I deal with customers on a daily basis. I attend lots of meetings concerning issues which affect external and internal customers and suppliers. I work with my colleagues within the laboratory and in the blowing department I do a lot of QA inspections and deal with QA issues related to packaging. My have a god understanding with my co-workers whether they my internal customers or suppliers or not. I have learnt to enjoy myself, don't let management get you done and enjoy the lighter side of work. I also learnt not to let work and it's demands get the better of your mood and stress levels. The challenging aspects I have overcome. I feel everyday that I need a new challenge so yes I'm a bit bored within my aspects of the job. No names mention as people could take offence.

Cons: no future for promotions as it's limited to certain individuals only

Looking to grow and expand my skills

A well rounded company which is very stable and productive. A good company culture and family feel to it. The comics quite big thus doesn’t really allow for closeness between workers. Good perk and incentives. Target oriented and at times quite demanding

Pros: Very stable
Cons: Not much room for growth
