I see this as a oppertunity to expand my work experience and learn more

I'm the general manager at Pendale,i learnt so much regarding day to day operations, staff and legislation regarding food safety, currently completed FSSA2200 STAGE 1. I enjoy working with people and its easy to come to work, we work hard but always have time for a bit of fun. I deal on a daily basis with staff issues, disciplinary and salaries, production planning and seeing that production is followed accordingly to plan and insure that packing and dispatch is on track with production and distribution. I do have managers, supervisors and team leaders reporting to me on a daily basis. having knowledge of what you do daily and been committed is what I'm teaching my staff and that is my aim to insure each and everyone makes a success in his or her live.

Pros: im working for a great company and dont have any issues here, working conditions is exellent, management and staff is great to work with.
Cons: im stagnating and i want to move on and get more work experience and meet more people

Loyal,Hard Working, Honest and Fast Learner

Im a loyal worker. I can work under presure. very well.Im honest and hard working. Im a fast learner and is eager to learn more. I strive to achieve the best I can and also resolving problems when needed. I am a good peoples person.

Pros: I was employee of the month & have 3 certificates: 2 in sales and 1 in first aid
Cons: We work Monday - Friday 7h-5h and when needed after hours im always available
