Consistently meet or exceed gross profit goals (i.e. overhead recoveries). Maximized throughput and efficiency by revamping delivery schedules and workloads. Develop safety awareness that reduced incidents in the Wax and Oil plant (Protea Chemicals) to zero RCR in one year. Hold monthly employee meetings to give information, take feedback, and provide updated training. I oversee stock movement and am primary responsible for all stock on the Wax and Oil plant (Protea Chemicals). I vetted all suppliers and new equipment for the plant, and I scheduled all repairs for damaged machinery and statutory inspections. I was part of the first Microsoft AX (MRP system) launch at Protea Mobeni. Iam comfortable working with people of all levels and having an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes. Having proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.

Excellent learning curve

It was indeed a learning curve after studying mechanical engineering at vaal university of technology up until S4.i was introduce to a flourine production process plant which i learned alot from it and also studied via RPL Process controller NQF2.3And 4..watertreatment and separation process being my mojar subject at NQF4 level

Pros: great oppotunity for me to learn more about chemicals

Good learning curve

Miss management of company in last 3 years Company structure is top heavy trying to get by with minimal employees on the ground. Struggling with parts to keep plant running. 80% of employees are appointed in positions that they know nothing about and the other 20% must carry the load.

Pros: A company that has great potential for the world market if managed correctly.
Cons: Management trying to make life difficult unnecessary.

Excellent learning curve

analysis of 10 -30 samples daily adaptive to work pressure have a good working relationship with my colleagues most job are done by interns not too much resources and people to get the work done

Good Review

Working for my organization is really fulfilling especially if all targets are met. Unity amongst colleagues. Working for the organization i have learned that as long as we are working towards a common goal,roles and responsibilities are outlined and we are fully aligned as an organizational we can achieve our targets and objectives. I enjoy being able to contribute to the success milestones that the organization has set for our self. Challenges are risk being faced as an organization.
