Good relationship with customers and colleagues, a team player

working when there are promotions and on busy days makes my day, its challenging and under pressure yet enjoyable. I have learnt to keep calm because we come from different backgrounds and gave different believes. working with guests/customers, I like being able to solve problems, that makes my day. its much challenging when dealing with an angry guest, especially when you do not know what happened and how did the problem start.

Exceptional morality

It was good and hard working work mostly depending on large number of people. My relationship with co-workers was the most thing I ever enjoyed working with the because we work with love,girded in strength for the work and sharing ideas to make work easy. I've learnt a lot of things like hospitality,supervising,management skill,planner and socialization. I enjoyed to be barman sometimes doing all sorts of making measures and serving the right order for the customers. The most challenge was when people would drive u crazy about their order hasn't been taken but I was quick and spontaneous in making all odds to meet their need because that's how it should be to make them love your business and fel at home.

Am good in cash handling

I've learned to provide customers service with financial transactions as the cashier in the casino, I have very good customer service, experience, Am a team player.

I am always make sure that our daily revenue are accurate and liase with all the departments. The more emphasis is based on finance administration and revenue.

Gained a lot of experience here

I have worked for Peermont for the past 6 years, and still working there as an hr Administrator Good relationship with all employees as well as can be expected, since we deal with people on a daily basis. I have learnt to be meticulous.

Exceptional morality

It's nice job working good always treating the customers with respect and love to make them feel free and enjoy the area during their moment of having fun. I'm okay with my colleagues and we are good to each other working with love and respect every time, and I've learnt lot of things like how to treat people especially the customers and I enjoy mostly during the time we have guest because I prepare the Buffett and also acting as waiter sometimes.the most challenging of the job is when some of the guest would gives bad attitude and makes you feel so low and some tgey would expect you to pay attention on them than others especially when we host braai,gala dinner,parties and other because we do make events regularly.

Exceptional morality

It was quite hard sometime but work is work and I did my best to make impression. I enjoyed working together with my co-workers decently and perfect. I Learnt lot like hospitality,management skill,verbal behaviour and that made me to make progress at work. I enjoyed working mostly night shift whereby I was cathering lot of people and they were always praise me with my hospitality and excellence behaviour towards them. The most challenge was when the customers sometimes take wrong orders and put blame on my co-workers or even my self but I would make sure that I cool thr dust to makes them happy and feel at home.

A brand new experience

Having being offered a job in Limpopo was very exciting. the town I am living in I had never even heard of before. I am excited currently with my job an every day there are different challenges. I am managing the hotel operations and have +-50 staff members reporting to me. it has been an amazing learning curve for me . I have a great relationship with both staff and my co-workers and in every company there are issues but we always manage to sort them out an back to being a wonderful team. challenging aspect of my job was during October having to do the budgets.

Pros: Amazing opportunity
Cons: Very far from home and i need to relocate back home so my son can start school.
