Currently looking for a new environment to learn & grow into, for elevation & to polish my work experience,looking to expend & most positions have been covered. The company is a great learning curve because you are give the experience & feel of all their hotels from 3 star to 5star.

Your relationship with co workers
At the Peermont Head Office, we are more like a family then colleagues. we have all been with the company for 5 years and more. Our kids have grown up together and we share bonds that will last a lifetime. We all share in each others losses or gains. When it comes to work we as a team or as individuals. We are always assisting each department to prosper the company.

Challenging but excellent learning experience
Good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.High sense of service delivery. Community participation and ownership development. Working with different communities was an excellent experience that has motivated me in my field of work and taught me to appreciate different environment and individuals.Learned that every situation is an experienced to improve your knowledge.

Reputable Company
With a reputable company, comes reputable growth. I have learned a lot regarding chain of command, with consistent growth of skills. The most challenging area of working within private sector is the limited growth, as it is challenging for employees to excel in their fields. With dedication to ones job, one can grow within a matter of years from a junior position to a more senior position. Only if those opportunities present itself.

Need a lot of patience. Entertaining cause each day is different. You are always surrounded by different people of different race,nation and culture. You learn something new everyday.

Excellent learning curve
Great and exciting experience working for the current company. An opportunity to learn various and scarce skills in the Hospitality industry.An industry like no other. the company gives you an opportunity to advance in your career by providing different courses.I also got the opportunity to meet interesting and exciting individuals from different cultures representing one brand. What I learnt is that there is so much to learn each day as something different can stretch the teams. Teamwork is an integral part. The culture is great as employees are all driving to a common purpose

Excellent
A typical day is either auditing or doing procedures, my relationship with co-workers is excellent, I learnt how to work under pressure as well understanding employees perspective of things. I enjoy that I comincate with different people all day. The most challenging aspect was travelling to small rural towns often.

Facilitating the play of casino table games whilst providing exceptional service on the floor in accordance with company standards and gaming regulations.Ensure that SOP and checklist adhered to at all times, Pace of game: Spins and hands dealt per hour meet operational standards, Financial transactions / payouts are accurate and timeous, Float meets the requirements of player action, All equipment is functioning prior to start of shift. Complaint, disputes and suggestions are actioned or escalated as per SOP
