My personal growth and contribution to the growth of the company

We are in the transport refrigeration business. This mean that we are 24 hours, 365 days a year on call and ready to solve any problems that can arise from our work environment. This means you need to be aware and ready for any problem at any time. The company was started in 2011 and it was great to be part of the growth we had over the last few years. Introducing of new policies and procedures and implementing it was one of the most difficult parts over the last few years. To change the normal work force attitude to the company and work ethics was not easy but to see the change was one of the most fulfilling feelings to accomplished.

Excellent learning place

they making sure that they train you for each product so you can have the good technical knowledge. good relationship with the core employees. you can work long hours when you on standby and driving long hours

Exellent learning curve

I am mostly doing administration in stores, GRNs , filing and opening and closing jobs. I am very friendly and get along very well with all staff. My position challenges me a lot because i have to always a step ahead of everything and making sure that stock is always available and i have to meet targets with the clients on any promises made but that has taught me independence and how to think on my feet all the time.

Growth never to old to learn

Early bird always punctual starting day start prepping for work, go through my e-mails and queries address them get that sorted as soon as possible getting on very well with Co workers always a positive attitude help each other out with problems and work if anybody is on leave goes the extra mile enjoy my work love to learn and not stagnate in same thing have been in different positions and work very well under stress circumstances getting my job well done gives me satisfaction challenging aspect is the maintenance contracts of customers to balance the amounts to the cent

Great learning structure

Great company Sadly retrenchment is what we are facing , friendly staff always a helping hand , looking for a bigger company with more opportunities for growth
