My average day

My day starts with a team meeting where we plan our day and I allocate tasks. I set clear goals for each member and measure these goals. I handle customer queries and queries that was escalated to me. I manage various processes i.e order processing to delivery of orders. I enjoy the fast pace of the environment as well as delivering superior customer service. I have an open door policy and believe in empowering staff to work independently as well as in a team. I lead by example.

Excellent mentorship

You learn how to interact with different user for the system, providing support logging calls and provide virtual training on users. Create user manuals or job aids on how to navigate on the system. How to create user cases when testing the system.

Excellent learning curve

Able to work under minimum supervision and work towards development.A passionate trainer who able to assess and develop training materials according to the needs of the target group.Have worked for a number of reputable organisations training and development.I trained teachers on how to effectively teach Mathematics both high school and primary school and the effective use of technology in teaching and learning. I have passion in learning new things,working with the community and development
