Opportunistic Opportunities

The company is well grounded on what is important, and that is making employable graduates. It's exciting and constantly keeps us on our toes but there is seldom growth opportunities and maybe that's why I'm eager for change.

Pros: Interaction with clients
Cons: Long hours and not good enough pay

Healthy work environment

A healthy work environment, very vibrant staff, we work well together at solving client queries. We do not always get along but by the end of the day everyone understands we are a team. I learnt that it’s important to go above and beyond for clients. The challenge is that we are a small campus so each person has 2 or more roles they need to be.

Pros: Well structured, great support system
Cons: Under staffed so the work load is a lot

Great communication skills

Writing articles, interview various sources, and meeting required deadlines, record events, communication skills. Having meetings with co-workers helped me work in groups, which I found it difficult at first as liked working alone. That is a challenge. However I've learnt to edit my work, before submitting. I really enjoyed interviewing source, as It helped me get factual fact

Pros: Improve writing skills
Cons: No income
