Fast paced environment

Being an international brand they try to promote a good working culture where everyone is included. The company vision is good but delivering it down the chain can be challenging. Also a lot of focus needs to be from the local country of operation rather than applying a one country mentality as it poses challenges with the local culture and and beliefs.

Experiencial equipped

Working with stock and fleet related issues daily has given me ample opportunities to well broaden my knowledge and expertise in stock management and rotation thus simple principle of Fifo being followed to the tee. I'm also from the fast food industry and I have well on food costing course and also food preparation to hygiene principles.

Pros: New challenges daily
Cons: Working most of the week and also weekends

Excellent Learning experience

I am so grateful for all the knowledge and experience I have gained at this company. I most grateful for the fact that I started in a Junior position and that I was able to work my way into a Intermediate position.

Pros: PEAK DMC is a brilliant company to work for
Cons: There isnt much room for growth, stability and salary increase

Excellent learning curve

The working relationship in the work place is professional and fun at the same time. The are a lot of things to learn every time. The workload can be too much,requiring extra hours to be put in.

Pros: Great place to develop and grow as a person in a work place.
Cons: Long hours
