Company needs to improve on systems and communications tools. Good learning Experience, has a good global footprint, needs to invest in IT systems. Resources are thinly spread, giving room for failure.

Excellent company

I am a self-motivated, hardworking and positive person with an enthusiastic outlook; I am a friendly person and enjoy working in a team work environment. I am a 31 years old black female with no disability, Completed my Financial Information Systems I am currently studying towards a Bcom Degree at Unisa. Skill:- Excel, Access, SAP , Pastel, SQL, Data Analysis and Documentation.

Excellent customer service

I am very a fast learner into the new system, already got the skills the job just need the understanding of the new system. I am team player and good team leader.Always love to understand the culture to every environment that I move to and understand the product naming. I have more than 5 years into telecom industry under service delivery, worked also for Orange business services as service delivery manager. Not afraid to ask if I am not understanding something on the scope of work in the project or product naming.

Cons: No salary increase and promotion

Good Learning Curve

I love new Challenges, I have a good working relationship with associates and co-workers, I have achieved great knowledge working for this company. I enjoy negotiating and making deals with my vendors. I have solved many internal matters relating to customers. Everyday I take as a new challenge. I enjoy working and problem solving.

Good Learning curve

This is a fast Paced environment and I loved the challenges faced each day. The typical workday consisted of problem solving, and am good at finding solutions. I have learnt New products available in AFRICA. I have had a good internal and external customer relationship. I faced constant new challenges, and I was able to successfully resolve the matters.
