Efficiency is key

Firstly, I work remotely. Payspace is based in Cape Town. My daily hours is from 8 am to 5 pm. I'm with team of 7 others who are really easy going and well spoken individuals as well as very talented. We are all delighted specific tasks either dealing with design and matainance. We have regular meetings as we as presentations of the current progress made for the day. We have have very good relationships. This job has taught me to be open minded and have better communication skills. I've learn that you need to be able to talk well as well as perform. The interaction with people I enjoy and working in teams as well as regularly being challenged with different tasks that help me develop a new skill. The difficult challenges I faced was adapting to a new way of interacting with my team mates.

Pros: Great opportunity. Get to meet a lot of people online
Cons: Due to Covid. not much interaction with people in person

fun and chilled environment, day to day would be there getting client information as raw data sort it out to import into the system. thereafter doing balancing for their payrolls to run smoothly at the end of the month
