Excellent learning curve indeed.High standard of QA to clients & customers.

A typical work day: phones on at 8am assist with any query coming in. If its related to any other department ask for more information & try to assist even in technical support. If we are unable to assist then only we transfer the call or ask for assistance from the relevant department. I had a great relationship with my co-workers as I've been called a peoples person bg many. Shy at first but very friendly. I have definitely learnt more about the e-commerce industry than before I started. Learnt more about invoicing, checking for discrepancies with payments, locating payments. Prioritizing who & what is important. I enjoyed the buzz in the morning as we gathered in the kitchen before we all geared each other up for the day. Cracking a joke when someone just had a hectic query. Correcting a mistake that needs assistance from another department essentially over weekends. A difficult client/merchant that enquired about their buyers payments.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow & branch into another department if you are interested.
Cons: No cons enough to be a reasonable con.
