Good learning curve

My day starts with sharing weekly topic of toolbox talks. Review with supervisors daily planned work. Review on challenges that can affect us not to achieve production Have a good working relationship with the contractors I have learnt the new technology implemented of air cooled conditioning of steam I have learnt a lot on Crane operations and the statutory requirements I enjoy spending time in the plant and doing method studies and asking questions why certain things can not be done at that particular time The challenge is getting supervisors of contractors to motivate their team to put more effort. Moreover workers work pace is determined and controlled by the strong workers union on site.

Pros: Not much prospect for i will be based on the same position for long until i get another job
Cons: Its too small subcontracted to Eskom. No growth opportunities

Good learning curve

I have a good working relationship with my co workers and have learnt a lot in as far as projects running is concerned. I enjoy being part of the history making at Kusile and the challenges about the job is amount of workload that it comes with.

Pros: Not much prospect for i will be based on the same position for long until i get another job
Cons: Interfaces which puts prog at risk
