Good Learning Curve

do not mind to work long hours as is part of the company policies and each every day has its own up and down so its up so I make sure that I deliver at the end of the day I'm a very kind and easy person my relationship with my co-workers it is pretty much good ,if any conflict arises I make sure we solve our differences in professional way I have learnt a lot things such as I can even manage people and company as well do have plenty of different skills, such as customer care skills, interpersonal skills, good communication skills, negotiation skills etc. Doing what I like driving and have a good relationship with my colleagues and working in a very safety environment. Spending lot a time away from my family but other than that everything else is just okay.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotiom
Cons: Normal working Hours including overtime if neccessary

Good curve

I like to work together as a team and meeting the deferences differences options and be the winning team. I like and enjoying working as a drive meeting deference customers. I am always reporting to the company every morning. We are always working as a team. I have learned that being working as a team it helps but not always realay on them.I enjoying driving and work with customers services. The most challenging aspects of the job is to work with the vehicle that is not on good condition of operating.

Pros: I will work hard so that during the 2years coming i will be even the supervisor to running that business
Cons: i am person who likes to work long hrs

Good learning cursive

I like to work at this company because I use to move the passangers to their work and take them home again. I like working as the team and win the target of the day.In the morning always every busy you have to rush the target and also later afternoon. We always work as a team and coaching each other and delivering excellent service. I have learned to work hard and workings as a team. I enjoying most working with customers and driving and makes profit. The most challenging aspects of the job is to work to cover the target for the day

To work with people and without supervisor or manager.

I am the person who is the best and hard worker and have the customers knowledge and supervisor's experience and drive the sale to rich the given target,weekly and monthly. I have learned to work under the presure to cover the target. I am the person that you can really on at all needed.

Pros: there are great opportunity to be promoted
Cons: we also working 9to 10 hrs per day.

I have learned to standing for myself and work hard, working without management or supervision,

I enjoy working as the driver and with the customers. In the morning is very busy and the service is moving very fast.my boss she always understand me and she also treated me with respect. We also working as the strong team and gives everyone the respect he deserve.Has to work together as a team and working as a team we always do everything right and win,work will be easy.Working as a team you can win.The most challenging aspects at the job is whereby getting too much orders at the one time and must be delivered at the time ordered.

I have learn more about customer service

The think that I most learn is to get up early in the morning and managing my self on dutie,and self target drive,motivation, self standing, coashing and airport also controlling and leading the service and to make use the monthly are being meet always.

Pros: promoted for the transport controller
Cons: we are working a very long hours
