Learning on a daily basis.

Convey results, handle all kinds of queries and complaints, liaise between doctors, patients and the company, switchboard control, train new staff members. Good relationship with co-workers, team player, effective communication, learning new things on a daily basis, innovative thinking, helping our patients and doctors to give my best, most challenging is to go down on a level where a patient maybe don't understand our company policy regarding results for confidentiality purposes but always to help the patient to the best of your ability.

Pros: Working hard and going to the next level my you department
Cons: long hours sometimes pays off.

Excellent learning curve

Working 8_5 is too long for a finance admin department. Its should at least be till 3pm on Friday Too much work and stress for too little money. Monthly bonus is not guaranteed ed to be mo

Pros: Monday to Friday
Cons: Lots of pressure,EXTREMELY stressful very low salary
