I enjoy the work I do, a typical day in my job life is recording all registers of learners that are present then sending out and e-mail to staff and mangement about the attendance, absentees and who is present, answer the telephone and transfer call accordingly, load all new CV's received on the data base, receive and check all formatives and summatives recieved and capure information on the database, assist with filing, faxing and keeping the storeroom in order.I am a peoples person and if there are any issues I go directly to the person with the issue so it can be sorted and we can work in unity and not with tension in the air.I have learnt a lot about the industry that i am currently working in, the processes and procedures to make sure everything runs smoothly even though we still have hiccups at times.At our company that is what we strive to do on a daily basis always encouraging the learners and motivating them to be the best that they can be, not for us or anyone else but for themselves.

Extraordinary Learning Curve and retaini Experience

I am working at a very ethical company the people are so passionate about everything around them,we only work 5 days which makes it so easy to enjoy your other life at home with family the only reason i want to be involved in other companies is because i feel like i have gained so much experience at PAP and i believe i must explore and share the knowlegde i have.

Pros: great opportunity to learn basical things about work ethics
Cons: no working on public holidays

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

I work with wonderful employees that are very supportive and I have learnt to also be supportive to them. We work as a team. In the morning I make sure that I read the e-mails before I do anything else to print the important e-mails and check the phone with any messages from the learners that might be running late or not coming in that day.

Pros: Renewal of contract
Cons: Lot of work

Good working environment

i enjoy working at the company because they are very good at managing employees, everything go according to plan of action and the is no doubt that they are the reason i have grown to be a person that values work . My company is a multi cultural company it is diverse and meets every individual needs, i would recommend any one to come and work in my company because it is a good start for a career in retail and wholesale sector as well as so many departments in any sector.. i am very honored to be part of the team PAP but i would also want to go out there and show the world what they have taught me.
