Internal sales representative

Typical work day is being on the phone and selling IT equipment to various clientele. We offer repairs on Lenovo, Canon, Epson, MSI, NEC, Acer and HP units as well as Sales of parts on these units. I get along with my co-workers and we all work well and assist each other where we can. I have learnt more about the growing environment of technology and how it changes everyday. The most challenging part about the position for me is selling the clients parts when you can't see the part and the clientele.

Good

Iim a good guy who like to work as team cause i believe as a human you never know everything so working withothers is what i believe in.The most challenging part for me is to present in front of the group of people cause hohim a shy person.'m a good guy with much respect to other people.even tough I'm a guitar persakon but like working with other people and learning from them

It has been a great learning opportunity and had given me experience.

Partserve Channel support is a great company to gain experience from. The environment is one that promotes optimum learning byt once you have learned there is no mpre room for groqth and that is the downside.

Excellent learning curve

Multitasking and hard work

A typical day at the company would mostly be to assist clients telephonically or via email for several brands. Due to the sheer volume of incoming queries, socializing with other employees is nearly impossible. Multitasking is one thing I've improved on a lot through this company. Solving problems on my own and doing my own research is another thing I've improved on. The most challenging aspect of this job is persevering throughout the day, even when you reach mental fatigue. With that being said, it has made me an overall hard worker.

Working To Learn

I learn alot every day, one has to be 100% focused and not let anything distract your focus. I have learned how to multitask as everything tend to happend the same time, i enjoy the rush and keeping busy. My co workers and i assist each other when the work load gets too heavy and the most challenging thing about my job is that it requires accuracy and high focus.
