My career helps me to define who I am and what I am about as it guides me through life.
Through my employment I have learnt how important education is and the difference I can make to someone’s life. It has helped me develop a sense of what is right and needed. I realised that I wanted to lead others and in donned upon me that acquiring the “know how” is as necessary as having the desire to reach a goal. I am an ambitious woman, who is tenacious, yet still possess the interpersonal skills in order to complete the required task. I am innovative in my plan but still confine myself to the policies and procedures of the organisation. Trust and integrity forms part of my character and through my culture, beliefs and the values instilled by my parents I honour these values.

Great experience on a mega-project ($20bn)
Daily activities include: Convening and chairing meetings to drive progress where early warnings have been raised, determine scope inclusions and exclusions, technical clarifications etc. Writing and issuing contractual letters to address contractual matters requiring action or replying to Contractor's letters. Site visits to verify Contractor statements or claims. Safety and compliance committee meetings. My relationship with co-workers is generally cordial but professional. I attend social/team building events and arrange small get togethers with immediate colleagues. I have learned a great deal about the governance of very large projects to World Bank requirements as well as technical aspects of power stations, especially boiler plant. I enjoy the job including the tough 9and sometimes frustrating) challenges that come with it. The things that provide the toughest challenges are generally around coordinating of disparate groups with conflicting goals.
Pros: Very good experience and learning opportunity with multi-national team
Cons: Inefficiencies due to labour policies required by the authorities.

Avery professional environment to be part of.
It is great to be part of a team of professionals and its been a great learning curve especially with provided internal courses. There is outstanding respect for all colleagues and sharing of information from different places by different people from varying technical background.

Good administration
very much busy and I learned a lot , we were informed of everything that is happening in the company and there was good communication between the staff and the managers. everybody was comfortable in speaking their views and recommendation.
