Eg. it's a job, i cannot afford to quit, i have school fees to pay

my job has it's perks although i interact with very few people. I sometimes feel that my skills are wasted and i am not learning or growing my career. The job is a contract to do maintenance work so i do all the administration for CT Office. I am sometimes bored and looking for a new challenge.

Pros: my boss and i have a good working relationship. He trusts me to get the job done.
Cons: no growth opportunity

Dynamic environment

Working at the airport is challenging but rewarding in many ways. Safety is paramount and ensuring we do not disrupt arrival or departure times is also critical. Communication with other teams on the ground is key to ensure my work day runs smoothly.

Pros: Great environment, good team
Cons: Shift work, need a new challenge and career jump
