Best time ever

A A typical day at work was handling a variety of tasks, assisting the IT team, and Senior managers, interacting with clients, suppliers and contractors. I enjoyed wondeful day to day interaction with my colleagues and enjoyed there support as well as qui . I have learnt that I was well able to grow as the business changed and grew and that every day was a new day to learn something. I especially enjoyed the client interaction and support I gave to the business and the team. Challenges were many but it was an opportunity for me to work at a solution and to empower myself to deal with challenges.busy day I variety of t

Pros: Enjoyed the freedom to use my iniative and all the available opportunities to improve my skills as well as the flexible hours
Cons: Difficult culture but I understand it is normal in a corporate environment.I wish more was done to change the culture and uplift employee morale.

Great company to work for.

Lactalis is a great company to work for! Therr are growth opportunities as well. There is long houre, and very little time for personal use. Managers are well informed of their products and how to keep employees happy.

Highly pressured environment with great potential of advancing skills

This is a tolerable place to work where potential of learning and advancing is given. However, you need to be your back that covers your back, all the time.

Pros: There is growth when one is working hard and determined
Cons: Many shifts that sometimes become irregular.
