HR Training and Business Processes Improvement

Where I based at Parmalat-Kyalami, the work differs on a daily basis through proper planning for each day in a week, it's quite enjoyable to work with the group and exposed to different cultures of people, I've learnt to manage the behaviours of different people through assisting, guiding, coaching and mentoring them towards achieving the same company's vision, mission and values. Enjoy the most is the spirit of team work from my colleagues (management), we are one, we take care and cover for each other.

Worst company

Very racial company Mangers do not empower their staff members at all. It is a company run by incompetent managers. Therecseems to be a culture of victimization should you be an opinionated person. This was by far the most unpleasant company to work since my working history. Although their salary brackets are fairly okay the managers will make sure you work and mistreat you for that money.

Cons: Very racial

Lots of opportunities

It is a multinational company with lots of opportunities, and flexibility in terms of working because there are also shift workers, different departments, you learn to work with different teams as well as alone.

Pros: You can grow within the company and is an international company
Cons: You also work on public holidays as well as they don't close on December

Management and decesion making

Monitor line perfomance and plan labour support according to production plan, monitor input vs output ,product aqulity and raw material support, safety operational standard , departmental hygine, action plan and investigation of quality defect, laise machine defects with maitainance, diciplinery, monitor regulor occurences of production down time, daily shifts time hours

Pros: Production manager or coordinator
Cons: 12hrs
