Excellent learning curve considering my time spent away from work

Working at patameds reintroduced me to to my world, customer services, and reinstalled iwithin me, the qualities I rely heavily on to carry out my tasks. I enjoyed winning competitions.

Pros: I was afforded the opportunity to regain my footing in the customer services industry
Cons: No growth and remuneration does not match my standard of living

It was my first job and it has taught me alot about communicating better with people.

It taught me the different personalities that we have and how a work environment is. It taught me how to be patient with other people. It taught me to be open-minded when it comes to dealing with peoples moods. The most challenging aspects as most definately was the long hours.

Pros: I become a sub-person
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning curve

Working shifts, adapting to a world different from mine, learning more about insurance and medical terms, learning to handle objection. Update progress and make sure I reach Target on my cases, I worked shifts

Pros: Great room for growth
