Valuable experience

I am truly grateful that I have, during the first couple of months, established positive relationships with colleagues and clients. I believe each and every encounter, whether it is in manufacturing, design or operations, could be meaningful when we make the effort to appreciate every person who contributes to the success and smooth operation of a business. My current position and the associated opportunity to support my co-workers and the balance of management requires a positive attitude and efficient application of the operational systems. Unfortunately this position does not offer the challenges which I would ideally, on a regular basis, like to be confronted with. A more senior position requiring independent management would definitely be more rewarding.

Great Experience

I have been in the insurance industry for about 6 years now. And throughout the years that I have been working in this industry, I learnt alot and traveller all over the country. As a result I met many new clients and also experienced what it is like working with different cultures in different provinces and cities. I love travelling and meeting new people. When it comes to sales I believe that anything is possible and that if you do your job honestly then clients will trust you more. For that reason I do my best to keep my clients happy and to always get referrals from them. That way it makes it easier to get appointments and to do presentations.

Hardworking

A great learning experience

Paragon was a great opportunity for me to get a great amount of experience as my first job. I started as an intern while I was studying and as soon as I completed my studies they asked me to become a permanent employee. I was promoted from a research assistant to a marketing assistant where I was responsible for my own two events from A to Z in terms of marketing, aquiering sponsors, speakers and collaborations for the event as well as attendees. I left paragon recently by choice as Paragon is international and although I was getting experience I was not being given the opportunity to do more with in the event that I know I am capable if.
