I enjoy to work at the company. Just as hard as we work, we play. We can work flexi hours as long as you work your 8 hours a day. Team spirit is very important at the company without team work nothing can get done. I have learnt a lot from the different cultures at the company and if you respect and be friendly to all the staff, they are friendly to you no matter who you are. The most challenging aspects of the job is if you don't have all the details and you need to pay the salaries and you know your dead line for payments is 16:00.

Pros: Great opportunities if you take it and once it as your own
Cons: Long working hours and not spending enough time with my family

Responsible for the full HR value chain

I am an experienced HR Generalist Manager with strong understanding of the HR value chain and implementation of an HR Strategy. In my role I have partnered with the business in aligning HR Strategy, providing HR solutions and the implementation of HR processes and procedures to meet business requirements. I am responsible for recruitment and selection at all levels, performance management, IR, understanding of the people management value chain within the business and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and ensure service delivery to the business.
