International Company. I enjoyed to exposure to working for international company

You get international exposure, when dealing with other subsidiaries of the company world wide. I gained a lot of experience, but feel that the management does not judge your abilities fairly. Your bonus and increases are supposedly dependent on your ability to perform, but with this company the head office stipulates how many are allowed to be top performers, and then only certain people are chosen year on year. With this being said, my salary as not risen by more than 9% in a 5 year period, and it is getting harder to survive from a day to day basis.

Cons: not a good enough year on year salary increase

My company short description

I am an outgoing person. i would describe working at my company fun and challeging as I face alot of different aspects of shipping but with the team that i have is very supportive. I have learned how to multi task and be vesertile as i do all imports / Export shipments including invoicing. I enojy working in my company as Its international have different people and races that i learn from daily.

Pros: Great experience
Cons: Normal working hours
