Brilliant work atmosphere

its an awesome buiding with awesome people inside it, everyone is friendly and is wiling to help. You are offered coffee by everyone. I've learnt that nothing comes easy and that you must always be competitive to succeed and reach the target set. I love how everyone is okay with not being right all the time. Whats challenging is the language spoken by most employees, even though i understand some of it, its hard to be left out each time because of a language barrier.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow within the company
Cons: Afrikaans mostly spoken

A typical work day in the office

A typical work day is to motivate yourself and your co-workers. To get a job or project done in given time and to do it with personal best ability, working hard in a work place are of main importance to be able to succeed. Also to have a good and health relationship with your co-workers to get along and to be productive and to peruse good team work.

Pros: hard work and dedication to succeed ones personal best will be recognised
Cons: to finish the job and to work late hours, pays off
