There is no growth opportunities

Pandora used to be great in paying its employees, but not anymore. Now a lot of things changed, there is more changes everyday. Our salaries have been cut and our positions made redundant. I don’t feel worthy to the company anymore, and it’s not nice to work like this.

Admin and sales

I start with all the admin and cashup duties. I then clean the shop andvdo sales all day. I have an amazing relationship with all of my co-workers. I have learnt alot about communication skills aswell as salesman skills. I enjoy the admin the most but i also like working with people. The biggest challenge is to make enough sales to cover rental.

What I enjoyed the most

Working with an amazing team and having the best bosses anyone could ask for they treated us like family and made us feel appreciated and loved. They valued us and made us feel as if we were the most important person in their life we were always happy and our happiness showed through our sales.

Pros: Great team members
Cons: Long working hours, no room for growth, no bonus
