Excellent learning curve

have a Chemical Engineering Qualification with 2 years experience within copper processing as a Graduate Metallurgist. My career spans over 2 years in mineral processing industries. During this time, I was extensively exposed to mineral processing, pump sizing, dewatering circuits and research projects. I collaborated with multi-disciplinary project teams and contributed process engineering, safety, quality, and project management deliverables to ensure the success of each project. I'm passionate about consulting-focused research, technology and sustainable value creation. I enjoy solving problems for people and enhance my value proposition by continuously improving. I like being part of high performing teams and feedback (positive or negative) keeps me going. I have a positive attitude; a strong work ethic and I can self-motivate as well as self-manage with sound emotional intelligence. I enjoy reading, playing soccer and learning about new technologies.

A typical day is running around like an headless chicken. I get along very well with co-workers. Do not trust anyone in any position above you Being able to plan and do my own job on back shifts To not speak my mind

Excellent experience and opportunity

Promotion training and recognition by most superior. Motivation support for the role. Challenges were micro management from new managers and poor delegation of job plus support which led to my departure from the company as budget was taken away to be given to favourite people.All work was loaded and blamed on hardworking people while favourites were blameless and hardworking people were constructively being dismissed

Excellent employee

Iam currently studying National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering through the Tshwane University of Technology and looking for Experiential training P1&P2 and. I believe that I am a strong candidate for this role.

Daily work

I have meetings in the morning plant walk about attend meetings with managers about production issues I have a very good relationship with my co- workers and subordinates I have learnt the importance of not putting your needs first to the company's, to put the business first safety is important at all times

My current work role has enlightened me to keep constantly wanting to develop myself, as a life long learning person I believe learning further is key as it puts me in great heights and prepares me for even better prospects also gives the ability to make sound judgments in dealing with different situations and also help build others.

I am having a bond and a car family with three kids and hapily married

I'm am more than willing to work as an safety officer and I promise to do my utmost best in your establishment. If you can hire me I promise you wont regret it.I am currently working as an fulltime health and safety rep of my company and also acting on the safety officer's positions when they go on annual leave, I am having good communication with my co workers and I enjoy and love my job, the most challenging aspects with my job is when employees I starting to complain with P.P.E as is part of job to address that to management.

Pros: im want to gain more experience and also share the knowledge that i am having from my current company as safety is the best practise in our company.
Cons: i want to have the mining experience and share my knwoledge

Time management

I'm a team player, work very well alone as well as part of the team. I'm time keeper, good in meeting deadlines, willing to do overtimes or putting extra hours in my job. I habe learn to work well under pressure and managing time.

Pros: wherever opportunities present itself I'll jump for it.
Cons: wiling to work overtimes and standbys

Highly political

The company has a modest remuneration packages. However, promotion is based on politics rather than performance. If one is an energetic high performing individual, you may consider working elsewhere.
