Excellent growth

I have had excellent growth in Pakco. I have been promoted 3 times thus far. I need my career to grow. I enjoy working with my team. I feel there is no more growth for me in PAKCO. I was a Production team leader and for 2 years I have been a logistics officer. I'm currently studying National certificate in Supply chain management. I will complete my studies next year in June/July. I wish in future to further my studies studies.... Reach for success

More for people who are retiring

Too old fashion and backwards expect too much but dont pay well nice place to work if u are retiring or to pass time. No benefits no motivation, sexist, dont have a receptionist expect all girls in admin to take shifts, expect males to do running around expect u to put in more of ur own spare time like u shouldnt go for break n u should take work home if u dnt stand up from the first day then u r finished. They work with a lot of favorites so be nice to the "teacher's pets""

Cons: not good if u starting ur life

I have gained a lot of experience on technical support and hardware support

I am a young and hard working individual, I always look forward to new projects, I don't give up very easily, having me as an employee will be a great advantage because I work extremely hard and will work towards changing majority of the negative into a positive.

Pros: Close distance to home
Cons: Less salary

Working at pakco I became apart of the family, it is a friendly environment to work in, everyone is willing to help each other, I have a very good relationship with all my co-workers, I think because I am so outgoing and very friendly. I have learnt so much while being here, I learnt how to work on syspro, how to print our statements also do our recons. I found it difficult at first to do our reckons and trial balance but now I do know how to do it

Pros: Great working environment
Cons: Short breaks
