Planning works orders Procurement of plant Raw materials Internal sales order management Capacity planning Team work oriented I enjoy implementing new procedures or new working tools like Lean tools The most challenging aspect is capacity planning. Works well in team environment Seeks new challenges and always wanting to improve

Excellent learning curve

PailPac is a good company, i have learned a lot about plastic injection moulding industry. They do everything for themselves, eg: toolmachining, scrab grinding, laizer wealding, cnc programing ect. They helped me to grow my knowledged base in plastic manufacturing

Learning curve

During my in-service training I rotated amongst the five members of the HR team, so the work I do everyday is determined by what is required of me to do on that day. The Hr team include if HR Administrator, Recruitment specialist, Learning and Development specialist, Training Administrator and the HR business partner. I gained more experience on the recruitment side because it is my passion. I have learnt to shortlist candidates for interviews, the interview tactics, calling candidates who are short listed for interviews get to know them over the phone. My relationship with my co-workers is so perfect because the organisational culture of PailPac is a family friendly enviroment. Most challenging is when I encounter angry difficult workers who are unhappy abou their salaries.

Excellent learning curve

I have a good working skills and good communication skill and im a hard work and fast learn and i committed my self to my work and i always follow the ruse from my supervise and my management, the ruse of the company
