Working at my company is like working in an enviroment of challenges inside and outside.during a day you must always communicate with other colleagues in order to learn more information and to help each other in terms of feedback and any other issues related to work.even though there is challenges of pressure inside,asking for feedback in time.travelling long distance.doing payroll.looking after 14 supplies at the same time .merchies.promotion. Placing orders.etc,it is the most challenges in our company.l have learn that don't wait to do something tommorow rather do it today because you will be always behind your duties. I enjoy working under pressure than smart.the more you work under pressure is the more you learn and have self esteem to do everything by your own.

Pros: yes we do have great opportunity for promotion
Cons: always because of travelling long distance and do unfinished work at home

I have experience a lot of things like.working as a team.working under pressure

Working with PNS was like a dream come true to me.because I learn many things like communicate with others.give feed back on time when office need.always read your email always in order not to miss information from the supplies. Relationship was always good.when ever I need something to them they always offer me.and offer them as well.even through there is pressure on the field.but commutation was good.what I have enjoyed is that the more you get more pressure the more you learn something like doing you duties on time.have self esteem.learn to be motivated.and have that tendency of working at any under pressure anywhere anytime.

Pros: yes we do have great opportunity for promotion.because the are some area managers who became regionals today.
Cons: yes because of pressure of distance.and stores that need to be done a day.it took more of your time.somtimes 6,7 stores in a day

Grows you as an individual

driving around durban visiting retail stores and meeting with store managers sales staff as well as customers daily , you are able to learn a lot about business behind the scenes or retail stores, i love the tracking of sales figures by ensuring that basic principles are put into place , most challenging parts of the job definitely has to be the unreasonable people that you meet day to day, but as long as you keep in mind that everybody has a bad day and to always stay calm and be positive.

Pros: ability to learn about a lot of business related information
Cons: travelling takes up time that can be used to finish up daily work

Good company

Is has been a good years for me to be at pack n stack for me, the experience that i gained in this company .pressure is always the key in a wholesale industry, but i manage to stay positive.

Excellent learning

Packnstack is a great company that Gives young people a chance to prove themselves... As I'm working for this company I've learned so much on how to operate when you communicate With customers and how do you treat them and how to be patient with them and the pressure that your getting from them and the store manger....I love my collegues because we all about team work no matter how challenging our job is but we always beat and be on point at all time lol.... Because deadline work comes first...I enjoy ordering the stock and checking if all is in order...the most challenging thing it when a customer shout at you and you try to calm them for something you do not know what you did.

Enjoy working with a team and management, strategizing ideas on how to increase sales.

Great working environment when you enjoy direct marketing or selling, engaging with customers is very exciting for me. The company itself strives for increasing its sales and keeping its customers and always maintaining the competitive advantage of edge .

Pros: The benefits where the nice part of it all, transport and cell phone allowances, meaning you'll never have an issue to going to work and working
Cons: Hours where standard 9 - 5 working hours

Fast learner

Working for packnstack is pleasant but highly challenging to get opportunity to grow due to high number of people willing and proving them selves as they are working on big and busy mall while I am situated in smaller store in Soweto. I have good relationship with my co-workers. What I learnt at packnstack is to work very hard not to forget what you learnt and focus on growing your self in the industry and developroving more skills. Most challenging part of the job is to work with none co-operative team members who do not participate and not focused on the job. Other challenge is to work in an untidy and dirty place and not given opportunity to clean up the place management saying you are waisting time when you try to clean up the place.

It's a leaning curve for me

Customer service and packing stock, I've always get along with my co-workers, what I have learned in this company is always take your work seriously, and it helps on how to deal with customers and difficulty of them, even dealing with managers, I can't say I enjoyed my work, the most challenging aspect of this jobtomer service and pacis dealing with customers but I've learned that you have to be patient with them and know how to deal with them camling. king stock

A good place to learn more about retail industry.

I have gain a good working environmental experience and it was a good place that anyone that would want to be in and i have more experience in customer service,customer orientation.

Pros: Get your name to be known in the retail sector.
Cons: Long working hours and you will never grow within the sector economy
