Experinced Quality Control

Packing world has grown my experience in terms of understanding standard and policies particulary based on food packaging material, i am working with lot of people there that has helped me understand my job and the importand quality things (non conformance) that as QC i should look after. I have worked there for 3 months now but i understand all processes inside the factory, from recieving of raw material (plastic reel plain/printed), printing, slitting to bagging.

Experinced Quality Control

Packing world has taught me lot of things based on quality control procedures, and working with lot of people has help me to adapt very easly in working environment. Job i am doing there is not that challaging but you need to be alect, careful in order to stay out of trouble and to avoid company loss. These company has improves my skills.

Excellent learning

Working with others is good as I have learned Housekeeping Customer service Packing materials Issuing material Communication skills. It is a challenging work and always have pressure most of the time .I enjoy packing, issuing, assisting others

Very good learning opportunity

My experience working at Oackaging Workd was a big learning experience for me and I picked up quickly on new aspects of the work. I enjoyed working closely with staff and managers. I felt a sense of family working there and it was a pleasure going to work each day because of the comradary and kindness that I experienced. Teamwork was something they constantly encouraged and as a result, it showed in their job performance as well as mine.

Excellent Learning Field

Going through internal rejects and customer returns Customer liaison Production meetings New product development critical paths Product sign offs Challenging Aspects: Quality Control and Quality Assurance expectation under one incumbent. Involvement in production and boundaries not set interms of responsibilities and accountabilities

Pros: Great opportunity to understand production and process controls and to liase with customers on product quality
