Quick to learn

Having worked for pack n stack for 11years I have being honoured with a certificate of excellence for 10 years of dedication. I have worked with all the retails stores like pnp,checkers,spar,shoprite,game,clicks and do scheme stores,i have worked in all departments in the store doing orders,introducing new products to our customers and also dealing with disciplinary hearings and payroll to my 45 staff members and calling to 26 stores a week

Pros: as hard working as iam I blieve iam on a food atate of beomg promoted
Cons: iam willing to work an extra mile to give more to the company

Making sure the self is clean oder enough stock to make the selfs full an doing the returns steck for expired stock make sure the price label is correct an that their is a price label by the products

Hard working and ready for challenges if promoted

At my previous company we had a very good teamwork at our areas.,we usually shared our duties so we must reach one goal at the end of the day.we worked with companies like colgate, kimberly clark,simba and beiersdorf.in 2014 we have reached double the target beiersdorf.in has ever reach in their existence in the whole world

Excellent learning curve

On daily basis we face customers of different attitudes and behaviour, but I learned how to respond to each and every need they poses. Providing a very excellent service to a hard headed customer has been a challenge I'm passing daily, since them I'm able to cater to every individual coming to me always. I enjoy doing this job a lot since everyday becomes a mystery and one doesn't know what to expect.

Pros: Great relationship building with customers and good for networking
Cons: Treatment we receive from store management where the company placed us
