Learning curve

Had to do sales and merchandising on a daily basis. Must market the brands according to government regulations. Had to teach and train customers and consumers according to government legislation. There was always the bond or time when we had to assist each other as colleagues. One of the challenges were the flexibility of the market regarding the pricing etc.

Pros: Flexi time
Cons: No growth
