Good learning curve

I'm fast learner, hard work. I will willing to learn new things. I can work as team or individual. I did Microsoft office, word and spread sheet. Previous years I was work as team leader. I did time management. Principle of quality, sheqs procedure. I setting and run machine. I start to prepared to set a job from job card to know customer requirement to meet quality standard. After I set the job before start running machine I do housekeeping.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion

Excellent learning curve

I read job card to help me to know customer requirements to make sure I run the job correct. I make sure I follow the standard required. I am a had good communication with my co workers. When you measure the sample you must not check one samples may be must be two or three samples. I enjoy to work as team but I preferred to do setting individual.

Fast learner willing to learn

I like to in the team or individual. Set and operate machine and maintaince. House keeping. My communication is good to any race gender. I learnt to work as team or be a team player make job is easy and more production. To come and listen new idea to improve our productivity. Always workers not like changes.
