High speed manufacturing company

iI work in high speed manufactoring company,where i work with highly exprienced technicians and specialist as well,during shutdowns we work with germans,so we do gather knowledge and skills from them as well,attending breakdowns and minimise down time is part of my daily job,machining parts to maintain the machines and equipment is part of my current job as well,lubricating,changing conveyors,chains,belt,bearing and servicing pumps and motors .I've learned lot of things and accumulated lot of skills from the company and my collegues,we work as a team,we all team players.I enjoy machining alot,and the changing aspect of my current work is working with lots of ink,one have to dig through the ink to do faulty finding

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: working 10hrs shift

Review

ensuring stock accuracy and verifying delivery notes, daily feed back on stock movements. the job is very challenging and make one understand the importance of stock management. the challenge is investigating stock variances, it is time consuming.

Pros: Team Effectiveness, excellent communication
Cons: no room for error as that can be time consuming
