Excellent exposure to full HR function, would like to be more involved in strategy.

I work for a young and energetic company which includes lots of short-term incentives, monthly award evenings, and social events. I get on well with all my staff members from the technical division to the sales teams. The company has extremely high expectations of staff; includes working overtime when necessary or even coming in over weekends/public holidays to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Great opportunity to learn.

A typical work day is setting up opportunities/meeting eith business and see what you solutions you can offer them. I enjoy working with my co-workers. It is a very good environment to learn more about businesses and the corporate world.

Pros: Build very good contacts.
Cons: Constant pressure to make sales
