Realising the fullest potential

In the year and a half that I have been at my current place of employ I've been exposed to a number of new systems and afforded the opportunity of meeting some phenomenal people who've inspired me to be my best, grow in confidence and reach my fullest potential. The working climate is amiable and managers mostly allow their subordinates to set their own pace, providing the work gets done and in accordance with defined timelines. This has ensured that people develop holistically, take ownership, are well motivated and also makes for an environment that is conducive to successful outputs. Challenges are few but are mostly centred on communities receiving consistent, quality service delivery and having their needs met. The most enjoyable part of the job is the interaction with my colleagues as well as the community at large. The most satisfying element is securing maximum media coverage - mileage that is like gold when it comes to seeing the organisation being showcased in its best light.

Is to to admit when you have made a mistake and learn from it

Most challenging aspect is working under preasire, The relationship with my coworkers is supportive and engaging with each other in a various aspects, Working in a team create more support and you learn new things everyday. The most thing i enjoy is to work with people who are supportive who see challenge as an opportunity.
