It's a good place to learn

I love to work at my company, as I learned more from them, I started with them at 2012 as a general worker, and I learn my way up to where I am today, now I know more than what I want, and I will love to have more challenging adventure, meet new people and supervise new staff

Experience in warehousing

Always taught to give 100% customer satisfaction, and protocols and company procedures has to be followed to super perfection. The company always encourages its employees to learn multiple jobs so that they become assets and more productive.

Great leadership and people management

Working at my current company has opened my eyes i And taught me leadership skills n people management, it has increase my ability to communicate with people and advance my skills in stock management in details. It has has taught me to question every little things that is taught regardless of the value of the item

Good place to learn.

Great learning experience to help with my development. I look for growth, and there's potential. But it's hard to maneuver such growth. Working flexible hours is nice, once you settle into a routine, you can plan better how to live life to the fullest.

Cons: Working long hours on weekends.

Great learning opportunity

Great relationship with colleagues, work well with any team as we rotate, the long working hours are a challenge as we are not told in advance, i enjoy working with different people, the permanent staff aren't as welcoming to us interns as they feel we are going to take their jobs.

Pros: overtime is paid
Cons: no promotion opportunity
