No workers benefits when the retirements time comes.

Everyday is a typical day as the dayshift does not finish what they suppose to. I do get along with other co-workers but some of them are very rude and disrespecting and others does not follow the rules when speaking to them. To much pressure as clients complains most of the time. No proper hand over from dayshift to nightshift as it is done over the phone not in the proper manner. The most challenging aspects is when the trucks get stuck without diesel while the clients are waiting for their freight. I do enjoy forwarding updates and to communicate with some of the clients. I have learn lot of things but cannot do them as I am not given a platform to do them.

Pros: Not professional
Cons: Always at work but no benefits and no overtime paid and working more than what yo suppose to work

It was nice working at Overall road express

I was working at company as a driver where we where transporting cagos from Johannesburg to cape town and other countries.But the company closed down these year. And I also worked at Lothlorien recycling company where I was working as driver also we where collecting reclycleble things. I'M A HONEST YOUNG MAN AN A RELIABLE PERSON WHO IS SO FAST IN LEANING NEW THINGS

Pros: The was only awards..every year they where giving awards as a best driver of the year
Cons: 48 hours on a week
