I have worked for more than 2years and in an admin/validation department for a year and 4 months.

My name is Nqobile Mthabela 23 years of age. I have worked in a customer services department as an agent and as a cutomer service assistance for more than 2years and in an admin/validation department for a year and 4 months .Working for my last company Outworxs was the most amazing experience everyone cares for each other like family. I use to enjoy being part of the department I was in mostly when we have team outings and getting to know each other better as co-workers. Outworxs thought me how to be strong and grab every opportunity with both hands most of all to be the best you can be.Their was the time I started working in the Admin department just found everyone focused and glued to they work, then I came with my bubbly personality and things changed with the whole department doing different things and more talents were discovered within the department. Pros: There were position opportunity like Campaign Manager, Manager's, Sinor Manager in most department
Cons: Overtime was offered
